Q: When will I receive my order? 
A: For in-stock items, your order will be carefully packaged and usually can be shipped around 2-4 business days after payment received(We need to transfer items from our ware house to the international shipping center which gonna take around 2 days). To reduce the cost, all item will be shipped from China via the latest and greatest international shipping service with the most economic and quick chosen of China Post/EMS/ePacket etc.
Shipping time varies based on your country and the shipping method you chose. 


A: Do NOT open a paypal case. Conact us and we will send you replacement parts in the first place, It may take
1-3 weeks to get the repalcement parts from the factory.(It might be longer if the factory is in short of certain parts)
You can also return it to our Chinese address but you need pay the shipping cost.
Please do not buy anything if you can’t accept this.
